Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods on Server.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The Goods are intact/same on same account you purchase was done
• Your Account was not used to play for more than 3 hours in last 14 days
• You still have all and same Items, Currency, Coins that you received after purchase
• You wasn't banned for breaking Server Terms and Conditions or Server rules

The are not eligible for Returns if:

• Goods was purchased more than 14 days ago from your request for refund.
• You play in your account for more than 3 hours in last 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods on Server.
• You have spent any Currency, Coins.
• You don't have original items in your account you received after payment.

We reserve the right to refuse Returns of any Orders that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Refund payment method

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and ExaySRO may also agree that the refund be issued by alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods sold or lost, for Currency or Coins spend in game. Therefore, We recommend you to read carefully our terms of refund.
